Purchased Several times. Very Difficult to get my faulty item replaced/repaired. They had so many procedures I had to go through... It was just not worth it!!! Still have not had my item replaced. This is the second faulty product that I have received from them. Pity as they have some good products... but now I am scared to buy from them again.

I am often hesitant to purchase products online, especially from vendors whom with I have had no prior dealings. My Soldsmart experience exceeded my expectations. The Noguchi table was received in excellent order, and in a reasonable time frame. I would not hesitate to purchase from Soldsmart again.

Fast and efficient delivery. The generator works perfectly and is exactly as described.

They have an easy website ordering system, but delivery took 7 days which I think is way too long considering I paid immediately with Paypal. The product quality is good - I bought a rifle scope from them - and the prices are reasonable. I would buy from them again, but only if I don't need the products to arrive quickly.

I shop here a few times a year and always get what I want. They don't sell too much electronics but certainly of the range they have the prices are the best I found. Reliable.

When I got my pet carrier there was a huge crack down the middle. Not there fault, but the broken in the post. Soldsmart sent me a replacement in no time. Thanks Anjela in soldsmartt customer supprt.

My son adores his new ride on jeep and I can?t get him off it. There was an issue with the battery ? it only lasted about ten minutes before dying ? but they sent me another battery within a few days at no extra cost. I will definitely shop from Soldsmat again.

I bought 8 rolls of galv wire mesh from them. Pretty decent quality. The prices were very good, and delivery time was reasonable.

Having purchsed two items from the online store, and not via auction, both products were damaged. One was an unsafe and unusable toy. I have been sending emails back and forward with their "support centre" but it's as if they dont read what I write, and have only offered a partial refund and a lot of excuses. They wont ring me directly and there is no way of contacting them other than this email system. I wont use or recommend them again.

I ordered a potti chair for $15.00 and $11.00 postage. it was exactly what I expected, the price was good and the delivery time was great. I haven't had to use customer support, so I cannot comment on that aspect. I got what I paid. Nothing more, nothing less. I will use again if they are selling something I want.

Buoght a electric ride on car from them . it took about a week to my house from when i paid so thats okay. it works pretty well and my son loves it. the customer support was a bit slow it took them 3 days to reply to my emails. but overall i am happy cos i got my order in an ok amount of time and the product is pretty good and was well packed.

ITEM Purchased PORTABLE REMOVABLE CARRY COT CHAIR & ROCKER They also go by the user name of lenycik I got a couple of items off this store Firstly the items took a long time to come. I payed an extra $3.50 on each item for me to sign but didnt sign So what did I pay extra money for? Also the packages arived damaged and where not taped up corectly for sending in the mail. They spam you full of offers, at least 5 times per day I get emails from them they wont leave feedback u have 2 first CRAP
